Yes. You are so stressed/exhausted that you just want to sit and cry. When you allow those thoughts to run rampant, it can overwhelm you and freeze you into inaction. It's okay to cry, there's nothing wrong with it. As soon as you feel up to it, you can do what Miswimmy1 suggested. =) It's okay to take a break. Give yourself some credit-you made it through the day.
