I'm sorry I missed this post before. I'll do my best to answer it now

This is a rather heavy question. To get a good perspective, I need to know a few things...

- How active is your daily life? How healthy do you normally eat?
- What, if any, is your before bed routine like? Do you go to sleep at the same time each night?
- What medications, if any, are you taking at the moment?
- Do you have any major mental disorders on diagnosis? Do you suffer from sleep apnia?

You should be aware that there is no real set number of hours one "needs" to sleep to get a healthy amount of rest. What is truly important is how much Delta and how much REM sleep you get, which is never a static number.
