What are the consequences if you do and if you don't? Did she explain to you why she wants you to do this? Did you explain to her why you think they're being misjudged?

If none of this is being communicated, and you've tried to talk, perhaps she isn't the type of boss that bothers, I'd just ignore it and pretend I forgot.
