See, I was gonna say exercise, but if Mostafa's already highly active during hte day it won't make a difference.
You could also try taking a little melatonin half an hour before you go to sleep to help your body get into sleep time mode. This works best if you're already set with a bedtime routine, as you can add the suppliment to the routine and train your body to produce more Melatonin when said routine starts happening.
