Oh Pfrog when flustered and frustrated/angry I am there as well-- SOME days though I can calm down with the STOP step back and think a little if fact or opinion... Other times i can go on days on end with horrible thoughts that that Stop process does not work...
I think a lot of this is practice --- i really do. but I think it is also some what (for at least some, i.e. me too) also a struggle to reprogram..
