your T seems to be doing a lot of diagnosing of other people without knowing them and without knowing you for very long either maybe your ex is (I don't know); but first you have her say your mother as an abuser now your ex as a sociopath/psychopath ... I don't know, it seems very weird she is labelling these other people so quickly
