My suspicion is that even when T's consult with others on a case, the patient's name isn't always used as it doesn't really mean much to a T who doesn't know you. But under the circumstances, I think it would be a discussion you might should have with your T, perhaps requesting that if he does consult with anyone about you that it not be that particular T because of the school situation. I think that would be a reasonable request.
