It may be difficult now and you may feel very anxious, but just keep telling yourself that you will get through this and you will. Anxiety is just a feeling that you experience and may have to just accept. Sure you can go to the Football game and you may feel anxious and that is okay. You may host a big party and feel overwhelmed but you can get through it. Don't let the anxiety dictate your life.
