Exercise in general helps me, temporarily. I do a routine of walking at 4MPH, with heart rate in the 130s-140s. I do feel that the higher the HR, the bigger the relief from anxiety. I have heard good things about interval training, but I have not tried, and I know it is pretty brutal

Is anyone doing interval training? How is it helping anxiety so far? I mean both prevention and squashing an attack that has started.
