Hi, Hamster. I actually experience the same thing, and I noticed that you are on Geodon like I am. Geodon "withdrawal" will cause anxiety. I used to take 120mg at night, and I would begin to feel anxiety in the morning and throughout the day. I did some research and decided to split the Geodon 60mg in the morning and 60mg at night, and amazingly, the anxiety lowered. Geodon has a short half life, so your body craves it within hours after ingestion.

My pdoc and I are working on hopefully getting off of it completely over time, and I've been on 60mg only at night for a couple months now, which has resulted in some increased anxiety during the day - I'm positive that it is due to the dose of Geodon only once daily. I've read experiences of people who find that going off of Geodon completely results in lowered anxiety once they get through the bad withdrawal period. Let me know what you think!
