It's about making that "connection"....service connected....I turned in arond 50+ handwritten pages of incidents that would'nt get out my head. The writing also helped to calm things down....inside....I wrote for thirty days....then shut down for the next six months...turned everything in......the stuff I wrote about was not on my dd214(some stuff was) or...in my 201 file(alot was missin')....the prez passed some kind of new law....a'int to sure...but it works....for me to find all that info...I woulda had to search out morning reports,incident reorts, daily logs...and so on........then, for some reason (its a god thing) I met up with a shrink who was vet-friendly, outside the VA, and she made that service-connection and put it in writing; I turned that in too. Everything I turned in, I went directly to the VA, got everything timestamped and copied.
