I am so sorry you are suffering with these symptoms. When I had/have symptoms like these, my doc has prescribed gabapentin (neurontin). It is helpful and takes the pain away from the tensed muscles, at least for me it did.

Other things that may help are flexeril, which is a muscle relaxer and celebrex. I have fibro and have found relief with both as well as the gabapentin.
