Since last year, Firefox has been in a, "rapid release cycle", in that it performs updates every several weeks and in doing so, a new version of Firefox is released. Sometimes your settings will be changed or the updates will conflict with a program. I've had this happen to me in the past and I had to downgrade but it became a hassle when I had to either further downgrade or upgrade for a different program to function. In the end, I change between Firefox and Google Chrome.
I never knew PC had its own toolbar, it's pretty interesting. I get weary of using toolbars because many contain spyware and malware or slow down your computer. I've fixed my parents and friends computers, as well as am part of a forum that deals a lot with computers and malware; some toolbars are becoming more prevalent and they can be a headache to get rid of, even if you are tech savvy. I only download and use them if they're from a source I know and trust.
