Yap well I am trying to lose just a few pounds at the moment (nothing major, just seem to have tight jeans - oops).
I have been taking a couple of different types (only 4 days a week though, having wed/sat/sun off).
One is a 'natural' one, called BodyBurn. It has caffeine and guarana and black pepper and some amino acids in it.
The other comes from a friend in Chile and it is called Liponet (15mg).
I am finding them SUPER effective, I also exercise half an hour every day.
I only plan to use them short term and to be VERY careful about what I eat when I stop taking them.
However, I'm not sure if I should take celexa while on them, I was told that they might not agree with each other. Last week wasn't a problem as i didn't take the ad'S at all (maybe bad but i don't like myself when i have some drinks and stuff on it, and the weekend was a VERY special occasion).
Any thoughts?
Also, who has had success with these type of things? I wouldn't want to use them long term but to shift some weight quickly they are very helpful.
