Yeah, I guess maybe I'm one of the slow ones too. I've been seeing my t once a week for 3 yrs now. If he's not available one week, I often have a make up and see him twice the next week. Sometimes I think it would be nice to see him twice a week all the time, but I'm doing a little better now so I keep telling myself I don't really need it. He has mentioned that some people cut down to every two weeks if they feel ready, or even once a month. I know it's a possibility, but I don't feel ready for that at all.

I ask all the time if he isn't tired of seeing me, and doesn't it bug him that I continue to darken his doorstep, but he always assures me that I'm making good progress. So I guess it's okay.
