I am 15 years old, 5'3 and 165 pounds. (I am overweight basically) My goal weight is at least 130 or lower (But not too low, I want to be healthy no offence to certain people with other eating disorders). I would like to get to my target weight in maybe a few months or less if possible. Yes I am a newbie at losing weight so I'm not all too sure how long it should take. And btw I'm PO! I can even afford the OR (In "Poor") (I can't go get expensive work out stuff) So all I really have when It comes to excersizing is a pair of 3lb dumbells and a trail outside my house (About 2 miles long). And ovbiously because I'm 15 I can't go many places because I do not have a car or a liscence. So I can't go to the grocery store all the time. So I mostly have to make due with Lowfat/fatfree yogurt, milk, water, vegetables, and ramen (I do have other foods but lets face it if I named every food I have then You all would get bored.) But yea, if someone could maybe help me find a way to lose that weight moderately fast that would be great.
