Go through all the little exercises starting from the very beginning of the book. If you have any questions on how I dealt with anything with it, let me know. There is one thing that is greatly recommended in the book called something like a "body check". I bought the CD just so I could have guidance to do it. Never could...can't now. It requires you to lie completely still for 45 minutes.....yea, right. There's a lot of shorter exercises in it, however, that you can start slowly and do several times a day as you get comfortable with it. I found it very useful and I think the DBT training will be much easier after you do it for a while.
