I don't consider how often you see your T, nor how long you've been in therapy an indicator of being slow, or difficult or anything like that.

What difference does it make how long it takes, as long as you are on the right road???

I doubt I will ever be able to live without therapy. I have chronic pain (it isn't going away) and it's hold on me...and the depression... is a daily coping element... there are no support ppl in my life. PPL can't go through life alone, it's human nature to have help.

BTW I have been in therapy nearly 19 years. I go 3x a week. I also go to physical therapy 3x a week (disabling injury 20 years ago) ...
