Ive been having OCD nightmares. I am very germ phobic in my waking hours, and lately I have been having realistic, SO realistic, dreams that are all of my worst case scenarios magnified and coming true. So much that I wake myself up from my own screaming. I haven't gotten a ton of rest and I want to know if anyone had any solution to make the nightmares go away or at least subside a bit.
