I hope that you have a good visit with your friends, don't fret about a messy house.. It's hard to want to keep house clean all the time when you feel like @$$... which is understandable.
Just try and get out of bed even if it's to do minor things, it isn't healthy to be sleeping as much as you are, you probably know that and so does your doctor. Continue to try and go to your support groups because you know that is a postive thing, they always are. Even though I've never been to one but Yeah know, anxiety and what not, even though I wish that I did at some points.......
Take it a step at a time, sometimes you have to change your way of thinking and go about your day...
