Hi chelsea, You didn't mention if you're working with anyone to help you get your life back. This stuff is pretty hard to work on by yourself. I think a support group would be really important at the very least. Have you considered a twelve step group, therapist, etc. You mention isolating, and that this began after your brother's death. It sounds like you might really benefit by being able to talk about all that with someone. Here is a great place to start, but you might find you need someone more dedicated to just you to really feel like you 're getting the help you need.
