Well, just up'ed my paxil dose and it has been about three days. I am also on effexor. I have noticed that my right hand has a slight tremor and that my body is starting to vibrate.

This happened once before when I was on both effexor and wellbutrin. I think it is a too much seratonin thing, but correct me if I am wrong.

I am trying to decide if I should just live with this little annoyance since my mood is much better OR ask to lower the effexor dose.

It is such a precarious thing because my mood could drop and then I am back to that "shitshow". I don't want to destabilize, especially since we might be moving and I will likely be interviewing for a new job within a week or so.

Any advice or suggestions? If the seratonin stays too high, do you drop even lower the next time?
