It's not fun. Those waves of fear. Just keep your chin up and you will get thru it! Don't let it get the best of you and you will come out on top.
I have been fortunate not to have full blown attacks, but just panic bursts caused by external and sometimes internal sources. Look into deep breathing and calming exercises as well.
