Definitely talk with your doctor about it. I had some meds that caused my hands to shake, definitely lithium, but there were others. I don't know if it was serotonin or something else. It wasn't dangerous for me but you should tell your pdoc about it. It was embarrassing and annoying though. I felt judged when people could notice it.
