I have a really hard time going into stores. I'm able to do a couple of places by myself now, just because I know the store well. Yesterday we went to wal-mart and with my broken ankle I'm not able to get around well. So my H went on the other side of the store to get one item. The food part hasn't changed, but they are remodeling. I went to get the cat's food and got into an area by myself that been moved around. It triggered the dissociated really bad. Then I start to panic because everything is moved around and different so I dissociate again. I just dropped everything a went to the car. I hate when ppl change things around.
