Criticism is something I struggle with as well... I find that for me sometimes it is my mood, sometimes mood mixed with the WHO is giving the criticism...

That there is something that I, myself have done for quiet some time now... It is very helpful for me to improve, and has helped with people that I trust that give criticism..
I still have some trouble to take it some days, but in a way to see that some people just want to throw in idea's and want you to do your best.. not trying to attack or tear me down.. (which is how some of it feels like some days-- but need to remind myself, that is not always the case-- some just want the best product)... one thing I also try to remind myself is that -- it could be taken as brain storming... meaning, I myself can not think of it all-- input from others can be quiet nice too
other times, people that are just critic on everything, it does depend on that as well--- or a person that always is criticizer of specifically 'you' or 'others' or 'something'... those can easily be thrown out the window-- not saying that SOME TIMES they are helpful but usually they aren't and just some one on their high horse (ya know?)....
