Hi Hidesad ~ Bless your heart -- I'm sorry you feel so badly. It's a tough world.
You say that you are expected to do too much at work. I'm sure that's stressful. Can you ask your boss to ease up on some of the work, and give a bit of it to someone else? Or else give YOU someone to help you with it? Tell him that you've got just too much to do and you can't possibly get it ALL done!!! I would think that he'd understand. Ask him about it.
Plus you said that you're pretty hard on yourself and you expect alot of yourself --- a perfectionist. Well, dearheart, that's gotta stop. None of us is perfect, and we all tend to expect too much of ourselves but it CAN go to far where it becomes impossible to do. You've GOT to accept that you cannot do it all -- you've got to accept that you're only human and you cannot do all the things that you've been expecting yourself to do. You just can't do it all. Give yourself a break -- and in the evenings after work, do NOT work yourself half to death! In fact, make a pact with yourself -- don't do anything after work, unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary and that doesn't mean scrubbing floors & painting walls. LOL If the laundry HAS to be done, that's one thing, but if it can wait until the weekend, LET IT WAIT. Evenings should be for resting after work!
