I don't know if this is something I will keep hearing, but she has used it about 3 times in the past 6 sessions, so probably: "You made it through the past at the time it was actually happening, so if it revisits you, remember it is not as bad as when it was happening, even though it may feel like it. You survived it and are here talking about it today." I guess it's helpful? I don't know. I probably am not even quoting it right...
