Well, I never really had much of a pattern, I could go down or up, down-->up-->stable, or up--->down--->stable or just up then to stable or down and back to stable. I could go up---down---and straight up again with no stability in between. A lot of mine were mixed, but would usually start off as mania and then turn mixed quickly.
