Thanks everyone. I'm really glad I found this sight.

Big part of my perfectionism is the need to escape criticism. I think what I am doing is trying to be perfect so I do not receive any negative feedback. the slightest criticism and I feel everyone is talking about what a loser I am. Defiantly something I need to continue to work on.
