Then I think it''s time for therapy. If you're not able to define how you're feeling or you avoid or overreact, then a professional is needed and I doubt we would be able to help you. We don't have the expertise to get you thru this.
Get in contact with a good therapist, and make an appointment. I know you won't regret it. I was in therapy most of my adult life (so far, that is ) I surely haven't regretted it, and I'm much healthier for it.
