i'm not sure if i have a set cycle for the ups and downs, no don't think so.
having some mania lately and thinking about landing, so it's been bouncy. i feel myself going into depression and am trying to pull myself up before i go there, then i'm having mania again. the mania has been ok this time except for the irritability and insomnia that comes and goes, much preferred to depression.
