I think working with these tools is very important in the effort to engage in constructive communication, so I, too, hope that this thread keeps going, ((Tomi)).

If fewer people took things personally, for example, conflict would be reduced without there being a need to be forced to avoid it through board rules, etc..

I have worked really, really hard on boundaries, etc., which you actually suggested I should do, ((Tomi)) , and I continue to be very grateful, bc it has made life soooo much easier for me, (mental/emotional wear & tear-wise)!
