I've experienced this a lot of times before, but at no point has anything bad ever happened in regard to my legs. They've never given out in connection with my anxiety; I've never fainted or collapsed. I might have felt like I would, but it never happened.
I find that something which really helped me has been just walking around in general. I try to walk every day, and I recently got into running. It makes me feel so absolutely fantastic about myself. Even if it scares you, take a walk down the street, maybe just start by going in a circle around your block, maybe even a circle around your house?
