I relate... feel like my legs will cave in when walking outdoors or around ppl. It´s all anxiety and panic. Started a new med and am now "training" myself to go out for short walks... it takes time and patience!!! Noice triggers my anxiety so it helps me and distracts me to have me ipod on.
Try going for short walks and "train" yourself to go further everyday...
I´m not there yet but am getting closer to going to the store on my own-hopefully...been housebound for weeks. Meds are helping a lot.
