have someone escort you to the store, ,or have them go for you. Pick up some melatonin and benadryl. Take a dose of both (You might try 6 mg of melatonin, and a regular dose of benadryl). The melatonin will force your body to get back to sleep mode, and the benadryl, while making you drowsier, will also enhance the melatonin's effects.
