We are lucky in the sense we have more access to help though.

This is not what I am talking about though. Nobody has it all. Norway has oil. And long, killer winters. There is no perfect place to be born at.

I do have Britney on my tracklist and I do feel for her... but she never had it all. Her crazy mother dragged her through competitions and wanted her a star. That is not having it all. Maybe a shepherd in Montenegro has it better. At least they have access to lamb meat... I don't know who Demi is... I do know she is bipolar though as she was discussed here

Access to help? I don't know. We can pay arm and leg for a doctor... but maybe having access to shaman or priest would help more sometimes. Maybe having large community as they have in the not-oh-so-developed countries would prevent some of our allienation and problems that come from it.
Plus the whole heath care here SUCKS. Not so long ago doctors left their positions in protest of "low wages" and the military doctors had to step in their place. Mind you, I do live really in a first world country:/
