We all know music helps bad mood, but when we are in a bad mood we are like, bah screw my iPod!
But as I've been seeing how thoughts affect mood, Yesterday for example I was angry and I grabbed my phone and played a random song, and force myself to listen and sing along from start to finish.
And it helped and by the end I was rocking out with my - uh nvm.
But yeah it got my mind off what was troubling me!
