Slow and steady wins the race. You are better off taking the weight off in a healthy manner rather than relying on a quick fix.
Some of these pills can be really dangerous. Even the presciption ones can be and the herbal ones are completely unregulated so they are worse. They can do damage to your heart and other organs.
If you can't take weight off in a healthy manner how do you expect to keep it off?
