September, I am so sorry that you weren't able to stay and wait in the protected chat room I was very sorry that you were gone when I returned to chat. I feel like I abandoned you, and please accept my humble apology.

I can only repeat what we know, you and I, that things are really ok here, and that what you are reacting to isn't really as bad as it feels. Catatrophizing... you and I both do it. It's a horrible feeling. You are safe here, ((((septie)))) You are cared about here. Your absence is missed.
