As soon as you realize you are starting to over think what may be wrong with you you need to stop yourself and breathe maybe count to 10 and take deep breaths as you do. Then try to rationalize. The beauty about the human body is that a HUGE majority of the time it is seriously nothing (I do a lot of what you do as well) you have to be very logical and as calm as humanly possible when you are researching because the internet can give you lots of false information. If you have done the research and you still feel that it may be something very serious then go to the doctor (or dentist or whatever the required would be) and until you go to visit them DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT. Just push it out of your mind and when you feel it start to rise back up just stop whatever you are doing and take several slow deep breaths and just imagine taking this worry and placing it in a box and closing the lid and only open it when you go and visit your doctor.
