Thanks all! I feel very in control of it. I had a friend go car shopping with me and when I had to empty out the old car I just kept moving forward with the day and doing all of the running around necessary to dispose of the old car. So I did that then shopped like a diva for a new car. I can afford the payments easily so it wasn't an issue and the car can be paid off in two years. So I'm in a great spot. I had enough left over to treat myself to an ipad after paying down some debt and putting some in savings. I know that something else is on it's way to be a challenge but after two years I feel up for the task now. stronger. more in control of the illness than it is of me. doc appt tomorrow so we shall see.
