I don't want to be a killjoy...but the one thing I would check in with yourself on is how many hours a night you are sleeping (noticing that you're up at 1:30 in the morning). For me, at least, that's a concrete sign that I'm getting manic. And if it's a mild hypomania, that's great! Much of the world was built on the energy of hypomanic bipolars, lol. But if you notice you're sleeping less than usual, it could be sign to just keep a closer eye on things. I'm glad to hear you're feeling better.
