forgot to say something, i know u dont have access to weights but do some bodyweight squats and pushups 2 or 3 times a week, this will help build some muscle and the more muscle u have the more weight your body will burn resting. dont worry u wont get big bulky muscles from doing bodyweight squats and pushups, women can workout alot and not get big becuase they have different hormones then men.
