Pregnancy in dream almost never means you're pregnant. Freud refers to dreams as the aquiring of desires (or the confronting of fears) that we cannot normally do in the waking world. You -want- to be pregnant, but you can't...so your subconscious gives you the best sensation of being pregnant it can.

On a deeper level, it may be the expression of a desire to nurture something. As you wish to be pregnant, perhaps this is simply a logical conclusion from a deeper wish to be the nurturer. I think it's significant to note that you had a baby boy, too. This is something related to your own male traits. Have you been neglecting the part ofyourself that people would call boyish or manlike (think provider/warrior/defender)?
