I am seeing my doctor on the 13th. Tegretol sounds attractive (adding Topomax for weight loss sounds attractive, too) but I am concerned that I would be left without AP, and my dx is BP I with psychotic features. I know Geodon takes care of the psychotic features for me, but Tegretol is not supposed to do that.

Will talk to the doctor about it. Will let you know what we decide.
