- I look at the things I have done. One by one as they pop up in my head.
- I look at them as if someone else had done them. I keep a person in mind and I judge them as if they had done it
- I find it would be easy to forgive the other person of the things
- I convince myself that I am not less than the other person. That I am just as good as them and that I deserve it too
I find that this helps. Really helps me. I have developed processes like this throughout my life that I use to cope with things.
