Assuming you have two subdirectories called "html" and "cgi-bin" under /d01/sec/s35/a0005afx, then:
$mydir = "/d01/sec/s35/a0005afx/html";
and
$progdir = "/d01/sec/s35/a0005afx/cgi-bin";
that should fix things.
