Hi and welcome. I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time, then feel fear of seeking help on top of it.

Therapists are mandated reporters. Having said that, they only must report abuse and neglect. They won't (and can't) report what you say to them unless it involves abuse or neglect of the minor children in your home.

Your struggles are for you and your therapist to discuss (and no one else) accepting in specific court ordered cases...again unless it involves abuse and/or neglect.
