About the only special thing I'm doing today is wearing my "birthday jewels", the sapphire necklace and earrings I bought on a rather ridiculous impulse last week.

I can't even begin to say how much you, and everyone here, mean to me...on a day when I could be feeling pretty alone, y'all have made me feel so special and loved.
